2010:

  •  A new HRD Cut Grade standard is implanted into OGI's software.2010 The NEW cut grade includes a more comprehensive analysis of the cut, as it is now assessed according to three parameters: Proportions, Polish and Symmetry. The refined grade features a finding of "Excellent" for the first time.
  •  DCasso, a new subsidiary of OGI Systems Group, is established in order to provide various laser services such as Green Laser Sawing and Shaping (PHoenix) and Girdle Laser Inscription (GEMScribe).
  •  A new GIA Cut Grade standard is implanted into OGI's software. GIA Facetware® predicts the cut grade for round brilliant cut diamonds, taking into consideration the proportions of: table size, crown angle, pavilion angle, star length, lower-half (lower-girdle facet) length, average girdle thickness, culet size, polish and symmetry grades and color and clarity range.
  •  New office in South Africa OGI Systems Ltd announces the inauguration of a support and sales office in Johannesburg, South Africa. The new branch is part of OGI’s Worldwide Expansion Program and is staffed by experts in the field.
  •  New Office in New York OGI Systems Ltd has decided to extend its activities in New York and to provide its customers with optimal and continuous support and service.
  •  Galileo C1000, the Ultimate Rough Solution, is initiated by OGI for optimization of profit. Galileo C1000 is an ultimate integration of three systems – OGIREX, MOGI and PLANOX – for detection and analysis of inclusions and for Best Value Planning of stones.
  •  MOGI (Microscope Optical Gem Inclusion) is created by OGI Systems LTD to provide the diamond industry with a one-stop system for scanning, plotting inclusions and analyzing rough stones.
  • 2009:

  •  GEMScribe, the most innovative, powerful and user-friendly automatic inscription machine in the diamond industry, is manufactured by SAWCut, a subsidiary of OGIGroup.
  •  New Zvi Yehuda's Colorimeter Advanced Rouge Diamonds Color Machines, blue and yellow models, that interface with OGITender Portable Rough Analyzer, are launched by OGI Systems LTD.
  • 2008:

  •  OGF: A new Fire Lab Standard is launched by OGI Systems, based on Firetrace, the optimum Ray-Tracing Technology for analysis and evaluation of light reflection of the diamond. This technology has been implanted into various OGI systems.
  •  SAWCut®, the American Green 100W Laser Sawing and Shaping, is developed and launched by SAWCut, a subsidiary of OGI Group. This technology performs a smooth cut of the diamond surface and thus drastically minimizes the waste.
  •  OGI Recator – the Ultimate Recut Software is set off by OGI Systems LTD for the most accurate determination of the optimal yield during the polishing of the diamonds.
  • 2007:

  •  OGIREX® V50 , an outstanding landmark in the rough industry: An Automatic Inclusion Mapping System – OGIREX® V50 – is created and perfected by OGI Systems LTD for the diamond industry. This system is designed to predict inclusions of all sizes and in all kinds of stones and it is compatible with OGIROUGH Software for Best Value Planning.

  •  USB CoMarker - OGI launches the most advanced Laser Marking machine. The only Laser Marking machine that operates with USB Plug n´ Play and connects to a laptop (also adaptable to Macintosh laptops).

  •  USB Megascope - Portable USB cut grade proportion analyzer. Operational on any LAPTOP. OGI is the first company in the market to create a small grade polish system suitable for any laptop.
  •  OGIWriter - OGI Patent (No.151046), automatic marking of diamond girdles using a laser is accepted in Israel.
  •  OGITender S - Portable USB rough system with laser mapping. Operational on any LAPTOP.
  •  OGITender F100 - The only one in the market that is able to scan 100 carats of rough stone on laptop.

  • 2000:

  •  OGIScanner - Laser Mapping Technology to map grooves and holes in rough stones.
  •  OGI opens a new office in New York, USA.
  •  OGI opens a new shop in Antwerp, Belgium.
  •  OGIROUGH up to 1000 carats - OGI makes a few special models to enable scanning of rough diamond up to 1000 carats (57mm diameter).
  • 1999:

  •  OGI Pen Marker - OGI creates the first time ever 3D Rough Analyzer attached to Automatic Marking. The system is a breakthrough and is marketed in India, South Africa, China, Thailand, Israel and Belgium.
