Good News in The Diamond Industry

On January 7th, 2010, the District Court of Law in Tel Aviv accepted the appeal made by OGI SYSTEMS LTD. represented by Richard Luthi & Co. Law Offices, to accept the evidence of an existing diamond marking attachment for a 3D diamond mapping apparatus PRIOR to the apparatus that SARIN is claiming to adopt for herself.

The Honorable Court, (presided by the Honorable Judge Mrs. Sara Brosh), accepted the appeal presented by OGI SYSTEMS LTD. to oblige the Patent Registrator to allow her to present this evidence in which to her opinion, has the credence to null SARIN from obtaining this alleged patent.

OGI SYSTEMS LTD. claimed in the past as in today, that mentioned technology for which SARIN is eager to obtain the patent for, is NOT NEW and it has NO Novelty and that is what the said evidence is proving. Therefore, there is no reason to grant a monopoly for this technology, Sais OGI SYSTEMS LTD.

The dossier will now go back to the Patent Registry to consider the new evidence as per the court decision.
