Polished Diamond Proportion & Symmetry

The family of Scanox HD devices provide an accurate 3D geometrical measurement of polished diamonds. The Scanox HD supports all diamond shapes and sizes, allowing diamond cutters, buyers, wholesalers and gemologists to quickly and confidently evaluate the proportions and symmetry of the stone. The symmetry leakage software is patented and gives in one view if the symmetry is perfect or not. The system uses a high resolution digital camera for the 3D geometrical measurements of the diamond and a unique lighting module for highly precise scanning. The Scanox HD is approved by the GIA for using their Facetware database. The software supports GIA, HRD, IGI and AGS cut grade proportion databases.

  • Scanox cut grade Multi Lens The system uses a high resolution digital camera for the 3D geometrical measurements of the diamond, with specially designed interchangeable optical unique lenses (up to 28 mm) for various diamond sizes and a unique lighting module for highly precise scanning. The device supports full OGI software grading package like Firetrace, Symmetry leakage, H&A and re-cut.
  • Scanox cut grade Zoom The system uses a high resolution digital camera for the 3D geometrical measurements of the diamond, with a unique, specially designed fixed optical lens (customized up to 20 mm) for various diamond sizes and a unique lighting module for highly precise scanning. The device supports full OGI software grading package like Firetrace, Symmetry leakage, H&A and Recator.
  • Scanox cut grade DUAL Scope The system uses two high resolution digital cameras for the 3D geometrical measurements of the diamond, with unique , specially designed fixed optical lenses (customized up to 17 mm) for various diamond sizes and two unique lighting modules for highly precise scanning. Device support full OGI software grading package like Firetrace, Symmetry leakage, H&A and Recator.
  • Scanox S HD The system uses a high resolution digital camera for the 3D geometrical measurements of the diamond, with a unique, specially designed fixed optical lens (up to 13 mm) for various diamond sizes and a unique lighting module for highly precise scanning. The device supports limit OGI software grading package without the Firetrace, Symmetry leakage, H&A and Recator feature.

H&A
Hearts and Arrows diamonds are precision-cut round diamonds. Because of their exact angles and symmetry, CutGrade software show a hearts-and-arrows pattern according 3D ray tracing. Arrows are visible from the top of the diamond, and hearts are visible when the diamond is face-down.
